As the saying goes, every cloud has a silver lining. And every work of art conveys a meaning. This year the Long Island Museum (LIM) is celebrating the 25th (silver) anniversary of the Holiday Celebration Gala & Silent Auction annual fundraiser. Come and see how our LIMarts members have explored their own silver linings and found meaning through art. This exhibition is on display in the Visitors Center from November 30, 2018 through January 27, 2019.
The museum will host an opening reception on Friday, November 30 at 5 p.m. for LIMarts members and special guests. Wine and light refreshments will be served. Please contact Alexandria if you plan to attend.
Enjoy complimentary admission to the exhibition through the month of January while the rest of the museum is preparing for the new season, opening February 15, 2019.
