Scholarship Recipients 2020

Women Sharing Art Inc. is proud to award scholarships to six recent high school graduates at an outdoor ceremony at the Common Ground in Rotary Park, Sayville on August 11. The Annual Student Scholarship Fundraiser and Exhibit, “I Am at IAM” took place right before the Islip Art Museum closed due to the pandemic. We thank all our members, family and friends for all your support during this difficult time.

We are particularly proud of these young women who will be attending colleges and majoring in various art programs. Their teacher recommendations included accolades that included: kind, talented, exceptional, promising, amazing and fantastic. They plan to pursue careers as teachers, art therapists, studio artists, communications and graphic designers.
